A French and Taiwanese joint production, Mechanical Souls is a social, interactive and collective work that immerses us into a world where humans live together with androids. Despite their high costs, Mrs. Song hires androids to help with the organization of the lavish wedding of her daughter, Zhen-Zhen. But when she seeks to modify the behavior of the robot maid of honor, the machine goes haywire. Thanks to the use of artificial intelligence, each viewer experiences the same beginning and end, but the rest is open. The movie offers several perspectives on the story, leading to a unique and truly customized experience.
