Programme partner of Forum des Images and, in particular, of the Paris Virtual Film Festival (30 June – 2 July 2017), Geneva International Film Festival Tous Ecrans will once again feature in the French capital.
In the context of the ‘Rencontres’ (‘Meetings’) organised by the Parisian festival, Festival Tous Ecrans’ Head of Digital and Professional Programmes Paola Gazzani Marinelli will host the round-table discussion ‘Why Virtual Reality?’, a dialogue between Burmese photographer Minzayar Oo and Iranian artist Ali Eslami.
Minzayar Oo (A New Reality, Along My River) and Ali Eslami (Death Tolls) have turned to virtual reality, the former to show the daily life of a population, the latter to raise awareness toworldwide conflicts.
