On a farm in the north of Iceland, a lamb is born and takes on a special place in the life of a couple… A mutation begins, from the horrific to the fantastic. Mixing naturalistic drama with genre elements, Lamb brings together Valdimar Jóhannsson, special effects expert, Sjón, Björk’s lyricist, and Béla Tarr in the role of the producer. This mythological fable carried by an incredibly disturbing Noomi Rapace makes for a unique debut.
