“Now tell me, what was your last dream?” From the exhibition Land of Dreams, 100 photographs taken in 2019 during Trump’s one and only term in office, comes this film shot in the aftermath by the multidisciplinary artist Shirin Neshat and her colleague Shoja Azari. A dystopian journey based on a script by Jean-Claude Carrière. This social satire, in the form of a Lynchian tale, questions the place of images and memory in a more than turbulent America.
