When they arrive in a small remote town in the Balkans to reopen the abandoned turbine factory, Oleg and Nikola are not credible. They don’t look like winners and the former workers, now unemployed, don’t believe in anything anymore. The strength of this series, with its gentle melancholy overtones, lies in the delicate portrayal of broken individualities which, little by little, manage to (once again) become a collective.
