Adapted from the autobiographical work of Debora Attanasio, the secretary of the famous Riccardo Schicchi, played by a hilarious Pietro Castellitto, this second feature traces the turbulent career of this naive, visionary man who dreamed of elevating the industry to the level of art. The director also takes a sympathetic look at the agency's stars, including Moana Pozzi and Illona Staller, women whose fame was beyond comprehension. A nuanced dive into a formidably reconstituted era and an often misunderstood field.
