When Antonio Dumas learns that he is the successful candidate to become the new director of Madrid's Ibero-American Museum of Modern Art, he is the first to be surprised. The reason? He's a heterosexual, white man in his sixties, who doesn't really fit in with the desired standards of diversity. As soon as he take up his post, he comes up against the harsh realities of the job, and has to brave all sorts of complications, each more far-fetched than the last. Managing exhibitions of dubious aesthetic appeal, hosting an African delegation, and dealing with internal pressures at the museum and his neighbor, who is convinced he is a drawing genius... A critical and acerbic look at the contemporary art world, brought to life by Oscar Martínez (Citizen of Honor) at the top of his form.
