Pretty much everyone here is freaking out. A man, his wife, a father, a neighbor… But today, it's one of them more than the others. Fleeing his home and his job, he escapes to the woods. Everyone's about to lose their bearings…
In his first feature film, François Pirot (also a screenwriter for Joachim Lafosse) had his characters escape in a mobile home. In this new opus, shot ten years later, it's still all about running away and freedom. One day, in the midst of an existential crisis, a man escapes from his family and professional life (things are not going any better around him) and enters the woods, caught up in a nature that he (re)discovers and guided by a majestic stag. A social comedy about fragmentation and the prospect of the "next world" with an exemplary cast.
