Geneva's historic cinema, the PLAZA, is currently being renovated and transformed into a cultural complex, the PLAZA CENTRE CINEMA, due to open at the end of 2026. On the occasion of GIFF's 30th anniversary, the President of the Plaza Foundation presents this ambitious project, which will place cinema at the heart of its development while interacting with various cultural fields to reach a wide audience.
