OFFSHORE PSYCHOLOGICAL THRILLER
With
Maud Wyler, Michael Neuenschwander, Carlos Bardem
A strange cargo ship, the murder of a sailor, the disappearance of a mysterious young woman: On The High Seas is a real deep-sea dive into the secret world of the Swiss merchant navy.

The troubling Julia hasn't shown any signs of life since she boarded a mysterious cargo ship. Florian, her companion, finds a way to get himself hired on the spot. But he is soon accused of a murder he denies committing. Aurélie, an inspector with the Geneva police, is sent to repatriate the young man, with whom she has had dealings in the past. Convinced that the captain and his crew are hiding the truth from her, she finds herself investigating the young woman's murder and strange disappearance. She doesn't know it yet, but she's put her finger in a vicious circle that goes far beyond what she imagined. On The High Seas is a high-pressure psychological thriller adapted from Fabien Feissli's novel En Eau Salée.
