When Adam, a journalist for a news magazine, returns to the town where he grew up to investigate the murder of a young girl, he is soon caught up in his tumultuous past.

Adapted from Fabrice Humbert's eponymous novel, this series created by Erwan Le Duc (Sous contrôle, 2023) blends thriller, mystery and the absurd. We follow Adam, played by Niels Schneider (Spirit of Ectasy, 2023), as he returns to his homeland to investigate the murder of 16-year-old Lola Montès. Everything points to a certain Axel Challe as the perpetrator, a man Adam knew well from his troubled teenage years when they had a troubled relationship. In the course of his research, Adam's painful memories resurface. In addition to uncovering the truth about this sordid affair, he will have to face up to his old demons.
